Snow Storms
Matt Smolenski
Wispy snowflakes blowing in the air
The road filling up like a lake of snow
Birds Bulleting into trees
Rabbits sprinting into holes
Houses speaking to the wind and demanding them to stop
Branches breaking in the woods
Flowers covered in a blanket of snow
Cars buried into the stone age
Original Poem
Unfound Mysteries
Dave Lennard
Beyond the small confines
of our little corner of the galaxy
lie an infinite expanse of unexplored wonders.
The limits of our world
leave us to only wonder
at what may be waiting.
Among the billions or stars, planets, lifeforms.
Each with it's own unique story.
Michael Talone
Inspiration in Snow
The harsh cold wind whistles around,
Bringing in the white powdery mist,
Casting a veil over the grass and ground.
A lone flake lands in your fist.
Realizing in that moment,
How small and insignificant,
This one life is in reality.
So you decide in that instant,
As you think of a plan,
To be all that you can.
